Inclusion

The Tri-State Region of FJMC proudly announces our participation in a new national initiative to make everyone feel welcome at our synagogues, temples, JCCs, Men’s Clubs and Brotherhoods.

We know there are Jews or partners of Jews who may feel less than fully included in Jewish life. So through our Inclusion Initiative, the Tri-State Region of FJMC wants to help everyone feel welcome and at home at any synagogue, Men’s Club or Brotherhood.  We embrace Jews of any color or ethnicity, Jews with physical, neurological or emotional impairments, Jews of non-traditional family structures, Jews of any sexual identity or preference, and non-Jewish partners of our Jewish brethren. We are all created in the image of G-d, and we are Jews together.

Through a joint effort of the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs (FJMC) and Women’s League for Conservative Judaism (WLCJ), the FJMC recently launched a dedicated Inclusion Initiative portal with extensive program resources at https://www.fjmc.org/inclusion-initiative-overview.

We encourage all Men’s Clubs and Brotherhoods to learn more about the FJMC – WLCJ Inclusion Initiative today.

This message is proudly brought to you by the Tri-State Region of the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs. We serve the needs of Jewish Men’s Clubs and Brotherhoods Western Pennsylvania, Western and Central New York, West Virginia and Southeastern Ohio.  If you are not yet affiliated with the Federation, then today is the day to join us.
